DHCP does Not work
Archer is runninng in Range ectender mode
tried Smart IP and Static IP, but DHCP does not work. The log file shows
"wrong server id or request an invalid ip"
ok, If you use s PC, then you can configure IP manuell, but thats not a pretty Solution. If you use some Smart Devices which have DHCP mandatory, you cant use These.
any Idea about the Error in the log file?

Describe your network topology in more details.
What's your ISP router make and model ?
What's your ISP router LAN IP address and its LAN DHCP range ?
Where is that Gateway 10.10.0.1 - on your ISP router WAN port ?
Has your ISP router been configured with a Captive Portal ?

C50 - Static IP, 192.168.0.1, Network 192.168.0.x, DNS 1.1,1,1
ISP Router unknown - ISP DHCP Range unknown, ISP Gateway 10.10.0.1 ISP gives IP through DHCP ISP has Captive Portal and Open Network (no WPA) Normaly, C50 should get on WAN side IP through ISP - (that Works)
After Client DHCP Request C50 should answer with 192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.200 (does not work).
C50 should give the Client 192.168.0.1 as default Gateway and DNS 1.1.1.1 (does not work) Then, the First Access to a Web Page should open captive Portal. Because dhcp does not work, there is no Access to any web Page (even no Access to captive Portal)
The ISP WIFI is left out, because connection to ISP is fine (c50 got IP address from ISP) and ... same configuration with same ISP works with a TP Link 841n.
By the way - very funny, If a DHCP request from a Xiaomi TV Stick is done, the c50 sends 192.168.0.100 and Gateway 192.168.0.1 but is not routed to the wan side. If an iPhone does an dhcp request to c50, there is even no dhcp answer from c50

When you connect a device (a mobile, laptop or PC by DHCP) directly to your ISP router, what's the IP address that the device receives and its gateway ?

as i told you - ISP Gateway is 10.10.0.1
and Range ( i guess) is 10.10.x.x for example i got 10.10.6.30
But This does not matter.
If C50 works with NAT, the client dhcp request should go to the dhcp Server of c50.
As i told already, the behavior of the c50 is unnormal, even if i use static IP on client

Actually it does matter.
If a device connected to the ISP router receives an IP address in range 10.10.x.x and you have set Ç50 static LAN IP address to 192.168.0.1 it won't work for sure.
These are different subnets and 'range extender mode' won't work this way.
If you set C50 LAN IP address with a static IP address, it should be in the same subnet as your ISP router's LAN subnet - here's a simple video (for TL-WR841N).
Hence if you don't know the ISP router LAN subnet, it's better to use Smart IP(DHCP).

Smart ip does not work.
either Range extender would be only bridging, then you would be right. As i understood, c50 with Static IP should do NAT, then different IP would be mandatory.
by the way - a friend has the 841n and is using different Networks. (Local Network 192.168.0.x - wan 10.10.x.x)..works perfect
i would be astonished, if 841n can do NAT and c50 cannot. C50 is very simmilar except addional 5GHz. Can you confirm, that c50 does no NAT?

Yes, I confirm that C50 in 'range extender mode' does not do NAT - it's a bridge connection.
Your friend's TL-WR841N does have 'Hotspot router mode (WISP)', which does what you're describing (NAT).

@terziyski that means, 841n Software can do NAT, C50 cannot.
will be in the Future a Firmware with wisp on C50?

Just now i did a configuration (Assumed Bridge). C50 with Static IP 10.10.6.25 / 255.255.0.0. Dissabled DHCP Server - because ISP has DHCP.
ISP Network 10.10.x.x
then reboot C50.
No Connect to SSID because no IP will be assigned through DHCP to the Device
