Hi, I have a TP-Link Deco X55 AX3000 which I have recently purchased. It’s great, but when I look at the device list I keep having multiple 'BSH Hausgeraete GmbH' entries as per the attached screen grab. If I check the IP addresses I can trace them to a genuine named device on my network such as iPhones, iPads and these items did identify with their device name on previous occasions but now seem to default to this odd naming convention. Any ideas? I have turned off/on, rebooted, updated etc etc before you state the obvious! Thanks.

  @Andy_kerry

Pick one of iphones, configure it to use device MAC address for Deco WiFi SSID. Check if now you see that iphone as an iphone in Deco app.

See Apple support document: Use private Wi-Fi addresses on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch, scroll to "Turn this feature off or on for a network":

  @Alexandre. Thanks but I'm not sure this is the solution as that would involve changing the settings on every device I have? It's not just iPhones, it a selection of devices doing this too. I'm not sure I follow your instructions anyway, I don't see that as an option on the Wi-Fi settings. Exactly where will I find that setting? Thanks.
