Hi all, 

 

Recently sold a tplink AX55 and.thr buyer cannot login to it . He gets an error "cannot login to this router since you are not a manager of it. Please ask the owner to add you to the managers list."

 

I have deleted my TP-Link account so I don't think I can help him. Is there a solution for this? We tried factory resetting 2x to no avail.

In general there's a procedure to unbind your router from a TP-Link cloud account, before deleting the account - check this solution.

If you have already deleted the TP-Link account bound to the router, you should contact your local support for assistance.
