I have just received the Ax6000 and tried to add it to the Tether app but it says unable to set password.  Can anyone advise why that is?

Hi, do you mean the login password of the router cannot be created at the first time login?

Please try the web interface as well to see if you will be able to set the password and login web interface successfully, the login address is "tplinkwifi.net".
