I HAVE AN OC200 CONTROLLER THAT WAS RECENTLY UPGRADED, BUT WHEN WORKING WITH THE PORTAL AND VOUCHER, I NOTICE THAT THE LIST OF CUSTOMERS IN THE WINDOW DISAPPEARS.
HOW DO I CORRECT THIS PROBLEM?
COULD IT BE THAT THE UPDATE (FINWARE) IS FAULTY?
THE CONTROLLER WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE THE UPDATE
