I have access point mode without router
Have tried multiple solutions but cant connect more than 3 users.
If one user disconnect wifi then other can join
How can I remove this or what setting I'm missing?

If you have a range extender working in AP mode it should be connected to a router with a DHCP service running on it.
Check that router's DHCP server settings and make sure its IP address range includes more than 3 IP addresses.
