Hi all,

Quick question.

When installing a range extender, the extender should use the PW from the home router, correct?

So if my WiFi picks up

- routername

- routername-ext

It should just use the same password? I shouldn't have to enter it again, is this correct?

Hi, after the setup, extender will share the same wireless password as the router, but if the extender name is different from the router Wi-Fi name, you will need to enter the password when you connect the extender Wi-Fi for the first time.
