My devices that use 2.4 GHz band can't see the router. 

Using the app WI-Fi Analizer it only shows the 5 GHz band

In the router, The 2.4 GHz led is on. And in router configs  says all is OK

Help, please. Thanks

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

1. Was the 2.4G band working fine before?

2. Please disable Smart Connect on Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page, then try to change 2.4G channel and channel width to see if it makes any difference

3. Please press and hold the reset button until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings

none of these "soluctions" worked. only for a few moments. any other ideas? tks

  @Sunshine No more assistence needed. Returned this garbage to Amazon and changed for a Huawei AX3 PRO. It works like perfectly
