Wifi streaming from NAS causes pixelation/artifacts

Have great wifi signal strength on wifi 6e or 5 but streaming videos is a no go, pixelation and artifacting is too distracting. Bought this router for the wifi, forced to use ethernet cable for now. Get the bugs out please.

1. Did you run speedtest via the Ethernet connection and also via WiFi for comparison?
2. If the issue only happens with WiFi connections, please confirm if it happens on all WiFi bands or a specific band, try to change WiFi channel and channel width for the affected bands to see if it helps.
3. May I know how many client devices are usually connected to the router? and what are they?

@Sunshine thanks for the reply, I already opened a ticket with TPLink, Hedrison has been helping me out through chat and email, though the problem still persists. I will update if we resolve the problem or not.
