Firmware Version: 1.1.9

Hello

I have a brand new tp link M7650 i can connect to the device but the internet symbol has a red cross en have no internet.

I have checked the sim card en this works. Telenet has already changed also to a new en there is nothing wrong with the sim himself they tell me.

I can made acces to wifi in another mifi router of telenet himself but not with this tp link M7650.

Can anybody help me to solve the issue.

Please follow this guide to troubleshoot: How to troubleshoot if there is no internet connection when using 4G Mobile Wi-Fi

If finally it still doesn't work, please share with us whole screenshots of Status page, Advanced->Dial-up->Dial-up Settings page along with system log file.

Besides, please check if your SIM plan has any restrictions such as only working with the telenet device, or sharing internet to multiple devices are not allowed etc..
