I have followed the setup instructions through to find device... i am unable to find device even with phone sitting on unit. What am i not doing correct?

I am using a Sky modem. This is the only network that is discoverable.

Here's a quick video guide for setting up the router. Here's a video guide for configuring AX11000 with Tether app.
