Tether APP can not link Archer C80

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.
1. May I know if the issue happens when you are connected to the router Wi-Fi, or only happens when you are in a different network?
2. Is there any error message when you try to link the router via Tether App?
3. Please login the web interface of the Archer C80 when you are connected to the router WiFi, login address: tplinkwifi.net, then check if web interface works properly.
4. If you are not using EasyMesh network, please try disabling EasyMesh on the Archer C80 to see if it makes any difference.
5. If the problem still exists, please let me know the current firmware version of your Archer C80, and when does the issue start?
