Hi, is your current firmware Archer AX6000(EU)_V1_1.3.2 Build 20230906?

And your ISP is Virgin Media in UK, right?

  @Sunshine thanks again for a prompt response.

 

Hardware Version: Archer AX6000 v1.0

Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20230906 rel.52143(4555)

 

ISP is Virgin media.   I have a Hub 3 set in modem mode which seems to be working normally.  The cable between the VM Hub modem and the AX6000 seems good - no issues and speed test on AX6000 seems to report the expected bandwidth.

 

I have responded to the case opened by the engineers.  Thanks for referral.
