Can you describe your network setup - any ISP provided devices or other network equipment, etc.?

You have a similar issue with the Sly-Galaxy-S10e - probably you're using a randomized MAC address instead of the phone MAC address for the wireless SSID that the mobile connects to - the Address Reservation MAC is different than the one in DHCP Client List - can you double check that

If the MAC address you're using is randomized here's how to change to phone's MAC address:

Android: Settings app -> Network and Internet -> WiFi ->Connect to your Wi-Fi -> Tap the gear icon next to the current Wi-Fi connection -> Advanced -> Privacy -> "Use phone/device MAC"

Re-connect the S10e to your Wi-Fi and test if it gets the IP address reserved correctly.
