Any idea why I cannot get a connect with the tplink appliance

Hi, tplinkf126 is not the model no., may I know the model no. and hardware version of your TP-Link device? and which App are you using?

 

Please do make sure you are connected to the TP-Link WiFi, then try to check the App again to see if the device can be detected, turn off mobile data or VPN on your phone.
