HX510 support both router mode and access point mode - check its datasheet here.
To switch between modes there should be an Operation mode menu - usually in Advanced settings:
Launch a web browser and enter http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.88.1 to login teh WebGUI.
If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue.
If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue as a "Recommended Solution".
