Firmware Version: Ax3000

When I connect my internet cable with my old AC1200 the internet comes immediately, but there is no chance with Archer AX55 (AX3000).

The Wi-Fi lamps are on (green) while the internet lamp is orange. My devices say connected, but no internet available. Of course I have tried turning on and off, resetting, unplugging, wainting, and so on.

Any idea?

Thanks a lot,

Marlene

Hi, may I know who your ISP is? and please make sure the WAN connection type are configured the same on AX1200 and the new AX55 routers, such as Dynamic IP or PPPoE.

You could also follow this guide to clone the AC1200 WAN MAC address to the new AX55(Situation 2): How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
