O cabo é um Cat 5E e o Windows já foi alterado (via gerenciador de dispositivos, propriedades, RealtecPCI, "Velocidade & Duplex", para 1Gbps Full Duplex). Mesmo assim, a Lan de saída continua em 100mbps. Minha placa mãe é nova e a rede é Gigabyte.

 

A porta de entrada está 1000mbps Full Duplex, no entanto, a porta Lan  de saída está a 100mbps. Já troquei as portas de saída e todas estão a 100mbps.

1. Do you mean actual internet speed or LAN negotiation speed? how about the WAN port negotiation speed? please share with us screenshots of Ethernet Status part on the router:

 

2. Please disconnect the router, connect your Windows computer to your ISP modem via the same cable, then check the negotiation speed again.
