Firmware Version:

Hi, Not sure if anyone else has this issue.  I have 3 separated networks in three locations.  Normally, I can see all 4 routers in each location, connected to the 'Tether app' in the drop down selection list.  I can be connected vie anyone of the routers wi-fi or via 4g on my mobile phone.  I'm normally able to manage each, even though they are not all connected as one network.

For some reason, early this morning, all devices not on the specific wi-fi connection I was logged into, just disappeared.  So, I took a trip to another location, and was able to see just one of 2 routers on the wi-fi at the second location.  The router in the first location, was no longer showing.

All 4 routers are bind to my TP-Link ID.

Does anyone know what the problem is or has anyone else had this problem?  Tha KS in advance for any help.  I have checked the firmware at both locations I've travelled too, and it is up to date as is the app on my phone.

  @Steve11

Hello, it sounds like all the routers were offline from the cloud, thus only local management works.

Please confirm if the problem still exists now, if so, please send me a private message and provide the MAC addresses of those devices or your TP-Link ID.
