I don’t know Hi. I can't log into my account because it says I'm typing the wrong password but I'm not. I have tried changing my password multiple times but it still won't won't. I can't log in to set up my Wi-Fi. Pls help

If you can't remember the password, reset the device to its factory defaults by the reset button and reconfigure from scratch:

"Press and hold reset button for 2 seconds until all LEDs turn off to reset the router to its factory default setting."

I have tried this 100 times now in 2 days. It wond work

Here's a guide on how to use tether app for configuring your router.

If you still have problems login with tether app, open the C50 web management page in a browser and configure the router - http://tplinkwifi.net
