Can't access my TP link extender after change the router this morning.

  @StevenOng5123 you mean you can't access the management interface of extender by PC Web or phone APP? Or you can't connect your client device with the WIFI of extender? You may reset and reconfigure the extender to make it working after you change the front-end router.
