Hello

I have a Problem with my M7350. When powered on the TP Link Logo appears and after a few second the device start again.

This happens in a endless Loop. I tried to push the reset button when it starts, but this doesn't change anything. Is there a way to recover the device?

@MartiMa I think it could be a damaged power button or a malicious virus. You can also try disconnecting all devices connected to the M7350 and see if it still reboot.

@MartiMa You can also try Unpluging and then plug in the battery and charge it again.

@Byron1234 I tried this but it doesn't help. When i press the power button the device restarts in a Loop after 15 seconds. In this short time i can't connect to the Device.

I think there is a Problem with the Firmware. I was hoping there was some software that would allow me to overwrite the firmware when I connect it to my PC via USB.

@MartiMa Your device keeps rebooting, and the firmware can't be imported under the circumstances.I'm more inclined to think it's a hardware problem.Maybe you can contact technical support for RMA.
