What is the model no., hardware version and LED status of your TP-Link device?
Do you mean you are unable to find the WiFi signal of the TP-Link device?
Please make sure WiFi LED is light up, try restarting the device or even resetting it to factory defaults. If possible, you could try to connect via Ethernet cable and login the device wbe interface to check/change wireless settings.

Do you mean connecting phone to router WiFi network?
Usually go to Settings->WiFi of your phone to search available wireless networks, select the correct WiFi and enter the wireless password to connect it.
