I bought new router ax 1500 for wifi6

I start with quick set up i have done all setup

Router work properly but not show 5g network

It only shows 2.4g network

I know my phone support wifi 6 5g 

I have samsung s21fe 

My phone works with other router s which support wifi 6 

But my router wifi 6 not working with my router in my phone

But this router's wifi6 works with my gaming pc

I don't know what's the problem please help

Hi, do you mean gaming PC could find and connect the WiFi 6 5G WiFi of AX1500 Router but your WiFi 6 phone cannot find the 5G network signal at all?

Please try changing the 5G channel and channel width on the router to see if it helps:

Hi, channel width 20/40/80MHz is the same as Auto, please try changing 5G WiFi channel from Auto to a static one such as channel 36, 40 etc., then check if your phone will be able to see the 5G WiFi.

Still not showing 5g

Hi, since the gaming PC can see and connect the WiFi 6 5G of this TP-Link router, we could make sure the router is really broadcasting the 5G signal.

Please check if your phone is still able to see any other 5G WiFi at this moment, if so, please check which WiFi channel the other 5G WiFi is using.

Hi , from 2 days its showws 5ghz wifi and workiing great.

Yesterday i came from  officee again same problem not showing 5ghz .

In office i just enable airplane mode and disable it.

I think my phone band chennals changes automatically .
