My range extender isn't working. The power light alternates between blinking and being solid on (for just a couple of seconds). The other lights flash on for just a second before they go off and stay off. The factory reset doesn't work either. The extender network doesn't show up for me to set it up.
@FrustratedUser1 Seriously, configuring RE is a real hassle. You can try using your phone to connect to the Reset RE's wifi (see the label on the back of the RE for the name of the wifi), and then download the Tether App to add your RE to your router network.
@barrolete thanks for the response. The problem is that the RE's in built wifi doesn't show up while trying to connect via phone or the tether app either. So there's no way to set it up afresh. It was working fine until a couple of days back and it stopped working suddenly.
@FrustratedUser1 Maybe you can move the RE next to the Router.This will help you add RE to your network.
