Hi, can I add TP LINK DECO E4 AC 1200

to my existing DECO M4R AC 1200 ???

Yes, you can. E4 is very similar to M4R in specs, except E4 has 100Mbps Ethernet ports. If you plan to use E4 with WiFi backhaul - this is good addition to M4R Deco mesh.
