SMPP connection issue

Model: ER605 (TL-R605)

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3

Our primary goal is to establish a SMPP protocol with our SMS switch(34.69.46.249) to the Dinstar gateways SMPP port. We have Omada router ER-605 in Liberia site and the Dinstar gateways are connected with that router. Both the SMS switch and Omada ER-605 router are connected with our OpenVPN server(64.27.26.196). The Omada router is using the OpenVPN server IP as it's public IP. But the SMS switch (34.69.46.249) is only connected through the tunnel without making change in the remote side. Now, SMPP is not connecting to the Dinstar gateway. Can any body help us on this?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Paste a picture of the network diagram to illustrate the issue.

If Omada router is the VPN client, not the server, you should check what's been configured on the sever end.
