Blocking a client via parental controls doesn't work - the wifi/internet can still be accessed. Blocking a device via "devices" works.
Hi, you mean the block button for the profile under parental control doesn't work, right? please note that that block button is only to block internet access for today, thus please make sure the system time is correct on More->System->System Time page of the Tether App.
In addition, please check if the client device is using random MAC address which might be different from the device mac address in the profile.
