Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I purchased a based Omada setup with OC200 Hardware controller, Router, POE Switch and two AX1800.

I plugged them all in and started to setup up the system and downloaded the Omada App on my iPhone.

I clicked add device and when I scan the QR code on the back of the Hardware controller it Says

"Unable to add Hardware Controller or Integrated Router.

This device ID does not exist."

I don't know how to proceed with the setup is it an issue with the Hardware controller?

I can confirm the power light is on but not the cloud light.

Thanks,
Derek
