My session on the TP-Link Management page randomly disconnects and I have to keep logging back in.  Has anyone had the same issue?

  @Huey07

Hi, does this issue occur while you are actively using the web interface or does it happen after a period of inactivity?

Additionally, apart from managing it via the web interface, are you or anyone else managing it through the Tether App?

Please be aware that logging in from either the web interface or Tether App will result in the previous login being kicked out.

  @Sunshine it does both, it can disconnet mid activity and after a few minutes of inactivty, which you would expect.

No one else is accessing the site and I have not got this setup on Tether

Device Archer AX73 v1.0

Firmware: 1.3.5 Build 20230919 rel.12938(4555)

Today I upgraded the AX5400 V1.0 to the latest firmware. I also ran into unexplainable problems: disconnects and heaps of packet loss.

Fiddling with the settings, I switch smart connect off and disabled 5gHZ. This resulted in no more disconnects and packets loss.

I was able to see packets loss  by:

ping -O -q 8.8.8.8
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.

Resulting with 5ghz at random:

PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.

  @Huey07 My AX5400 is also acting strangely ever since I updated the FW (4-5 days ago). From the moment the Router updated to the new FW, my non-Apple devices have been unable to connect to it, they don't give an error but just don't connect. This includes Samsung, Xiaomi mobiles and HP/Lenovo Laptops. The only devices that connect flawlessly are the iPhones and iPad.

The only time I got something connected was when I disabled security and password. So, building on this, I reactivated security settings to the ones I wanted after testing all of them to no effect. I also activated GUEST network with no password but that too refuses to work with the devices.
