Buon giorno, scusate ma sono inesperto in questo forrum.

Router in funzione regolare da alcuni mesi. Da qualche settimana ha iniziato a saltare il segnale in uscita dalle porte LAN e la luce verde device è spenta (come da foto). Resettato tutto, WiFi funziona perfettamente, verificato cavo con computer.

Non so più cosa posso fare.

Hi, do you mean LAN port stops working and Ethernet LED is off when a working computer is conected to the LAN port?

Please try a different LAN port to see if all the 4 LAN ports are having the same issue, also try different Ethernet cables, if still the same, it is recommanded to connect the same computer to your ISP modem LAN port directly to see if it works.

  @Sunshine grazie per la tua cortese risposta.

Tutti i tuoi suggerimenti li avevo già provati ma non non sono stati positivi.

Il cavo Ethernet porta correttamente il segnale internet dentro la WLAN e diffonde anche il segnale WiFi ma dalle 4 porte LAN non esce il segnale a nessun cavo/collegamento.

Hi, if the same computer works fine when connected to your ISP modem via Ethernet cable, you could contact the retailer where you bought the router to check warranty.
