Model: RE200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Since yesterday, the extender has ceased to function. Despite my attempts to reset it, no improvement has been observed. There are no indications of power, nor are any other lights illuminated. When I press and hold the reset key, the only response is a blinking light in reset button.

I would greatly appreciate an assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hi, do you mean all the LED status on the extender are off when it is plugged in wall socket?

Please try different wall socket, if the power LED still keeps off, I am afraid the extender is defective, you may contact the retailer where you bought it or the local technical support team to check warranty and get it replaced.
