Wireless Options are Missing (Red Interface)
I'm not seeing any options for my wifi channels despite smart connect being turned off.

Hi, it seems to be a hardware issue, please contact the retailer where you bought it or the local support team in your area to check warranty and get it replaced.

Hi, you are actually able to see and connect the WiFi properly, only the wireless settings are not displayed on the web interface, right?
How about clicking Wireless on the top? are you able to see the basic wireless settings such as wireless network name etc.?
Please try a different web browser or try the browser incognito mode to see if it helps.

@Sunshine Yeah the 5G-2 wifi is working, the other 2 are not.
I tried using different browsers but the options to edit the channels and ranges are not showing up as they should.
I tried clicking wireless but it's the same issue. If I log in using the phone app I can change each wifi's name, but nothing about editing the channels and ranges.

@Sunshine For some reason 2.4G and 5G-1 have auto channel as N/A

Hi, could you please reset the router to factory defaults by holding the reset button for about 10s?
After that, please check if you will be able to see the default TP-Link WiFi for all bands and if the wireless settings will be displayed properly.
In addition, was they working fine before? and anything special before the issue started?

@Sunshine I did the factory rest and they still aren't there. This is a new router and I haven't been able to see the options from the start.
