Hi all,

All 3 M9s were all Woking perfectly since 2020 and started acting up a few days ago. Both satellite units will go solid red- have to reboot units to recover but issue will re-occur in a letter a hours ... removed the units from mesh, added them again.. same issue.
removed the units from mesh, did a hard reset on each unit, added them again.. same issue.
I am going mad and my wife is working from home but I am not so it is very difficult situation... I need help please !!!

Start with upgrading firmware on your Deco M9 Plus unit to newer. Firmware 1.2 is so old, it can't be upgraded through Deco app. Follow this document: How to Update the Firmware of Deco and use Method 3 from it. After successful upgrade, future firmware upgrades will be done through Deco app.

It is possible firmware upgrade will address whatever issue suddenly appeared.
