You should connect PC or laptop directly to your ISP modem and check if perhaps your ISP blocks this site.

Also, it usually helps if you could mention site name.

Here in Canada I had that situation when my cable ISP started to block some web sites, but my cell phone provider did not. I could access web site from the cell phone but not from my home network.

If your cell phone provider is different from your ISP, it could be the case.

Thanks for the suggestions, it was really the internet provider (even though it is the same as on cellular where it worked).
