Got a new x20 system for the house. Cannot add the m5 unit that's been flashing red since we move into this place few months back.

  @Mantoyol Hello, the M5 must be flashing blue before you can add it to another Deco network.
Press the Reset button which on the bottom of the Deco unit for 1s to reset it.

  @Mantoyol Hello, the M5 must be flashing blue before you can add it to another Deco network.
Press the Reset button which on the bottom of the Deco unit for 1s to reset it.
