i have a AX3000 4-Stream Wi-Fi 6 Router and it will routinely lock up and stop letting users access though WiFi. happens alot on my kits fire tablets (about once a week, sometimes more) where it will not connect to WiFI.  when I look into the settings the Wifi us there, and its "Obtaining an IP address". The only solution is to hard boot the router.  I tired to log into the router when this happens and I can not log in.

I have it auto re-booting at 3am everyday, and this helped for a while, but its still doing it, albeit less frequently.  This is not OK and for the price this equipment should work without rebooting it every day.

I have this router and three mesh extenders in my house.  I would hate to replace it all with a different brand but seriously considering it.

I have a background in IT and have been in the field as a professional for 25+ years.

  @ChuckHatesTP

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

May I know if your AX3000 router model is Archer AX55 V1? and what is the current firmware version? This issue started after a firmware update or since the purchase?

To properly assist you on this concern, please provide us result on the following troubleshooting:

1.Do both your wireless and wired devices experience this issue, or is it only specific devices that are affected? Please provide the models of the affected devices

2. The issue usually happens once a week after configuring the reboot schedule, right? if reboot schedule is disabled, will it happen every day?

3.When the issue occurs, do the affected devices automatically disconnect from the Wi-Fi? or some devices stay connected but no internet access and new devices unable to connect at all?

After confirming the above details, we would like to escalate your case to our senior engineers for debugging.

Looking forward to your reply.
