AX1500 locked in at 100mbps on lan ports
I have a device before the Archer AX1500.
- Connecting directly to it via LAN gives me 1gbit speed.
- Connecting it to the Archer and then connecting wirelessly to the Archer gives me 1 gbit.
However, connecting via LAN Cable to the Archer caps at 100 mbps.
Tested a couple of gigabit-capable devices.
It's not the cable and it's not the device on the other end - the device and cable are fine if Archer is skipped.
I can see the ports saying "Full duplex 100 mbps" at the Archer's network map.
Can I force them to 1000 mbps somehow or what's the issue here?

Sometimes changing the cable fixes this type of issue. If you have another cat 5E/6 cable of a good quality test it and check if there's any difference.

From when do you observe such behaviour - ever since you bought the router or recently (for example after FW upgrade) ?
if the former talk to your retailer for replacing the device, but If the latter you can contact your local support with request for assistance.

Are you using the AX1500 in AP mode or router mode ? I've seen these sold under 3 year warranty. Check you warranty card to see if it's still covered.
