I've just joined this forum. I'm looking for info about where to buy GENUINE replacement batteries for devices like my M7450.

I found two previous questions about the same thing - one from 2014 and one from 2022 - ZERO REPLIES.. not even a peep from a TP-Link company rep.

What sort of useless forum is that? .. surely someone buys batteries among the hundreds of views that each of those posts had?

So can anyone give an answer please?

Hi, sorry for that we community team don't have the sales information of each areas, as far as we know, we don't sell battery for MiFi devices separately.

If the device battery is defective within the waranty, you could contact the seller or local support team to check waranty and get the unit replaced.

If it is out of warranty, you could try contacting the local sales team to check if they could provide any spare batteries.
