PX50 sattelite connected via ethernet to Main Unit has much slower speed
as i said in the title, my upstairs satellite deco px50 is connected to main deco which is downstairs, via ethernet cable. however, main deco has a speed of 500Mbps while upstairs deco has 120 Mbps. i understood that the idea of ethernet backhaul is that both decos will have same speed. can someone clarify?
If everything is right, your Satellite Deco on Ethernet backhaul should provide same speed as Main Deco, you are correct about it.
There are few reasons why Satellite Deco connected by Ethernet cable could give slower speeds that Main Deco. I can help you to check them all, but to start I will need the following info from you:
1. How do you run speed tests? On what type of device, with what app, hardwired to Deco or wirelessly connected?
