Archer 5 ethernet connection to Tapo C320WS doesn't work

I bought new Tapo C320WS and connected it to my Archer A5 router via Ethernet cable. However Tapo app is not able to detect the camera.

Hi, please make sure your phone and the camera are connected to the same router, and the phone is connected to the main WiFi of the router instead of guest network.

If the problem still exists, check if the Ethernet connection between the camera and router is connected firmly, try a different Ethernet cable as well.
