Smart connect -  disabled

SSID hide -  disabled
No meshing


It's just happened from no where, worked fine for 4 months.

Hi, please try changing the 2.4G WiFi SSID, also try different channels to see if it makes any difference.

 

In addition, please test different wireless client device to scan the 2.4G WiFi.

Hello

When I turn on the "SMART CONNECT" it works, it's uses the 2.4Ghz SSID and all the deviced connected
When I turn off the Smart Connect i connect connect to the 2.4Ghz SSID from any device

look very weird to me

Any suggestion how to solve it?

When disabling smart connect, are the 2.4G SSID and 5G SSID still the same? If so, please change the 2.4G SSID to be a different one and test again.
