My TP link router is archer c60 model and this router is not giving speed above 10 MBBS since new purchase till now i am running it like this.

Look at the Internet port negotiated speed here:
Check if the Internet port negotiated speed corresponds to the ISP infrastructure cabling.
You can set the speed manually here to test if there's any improvement:
