Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

router keep restart by itself

router will start blinking power
continue with 5ghz and 2.4ghz light
power stop blinking and become steady light
after that device will restart
and repeat,looping non stop

already rest device
already use different power adapter

 

i cant login to tplinkwifi.net as the page stuck on "opening"

Hi, do you mean the AX20 router is a boot loop now and cannot work at all?

Please make sure the power adapter is 12V 1.5A for AX20 V1, also try different wall sockets and factory reset again, if still cannot stay powered on, please also try firmware recovery: How to recover the router when it bricked

 

By the way, may I know if there is anything special before the issue started? such as power outage or firmware update etc.?
