How to make a password to start the TP-Link Tether APP?

as it is now I can open the TP-Link Tether APP without using a password. from there I can see the codes for my TP-Link Router. that is, others in possession of my phone will be able to see these codes.
Is there a way to create a password to open the TP-Link Tether APP?
I have the App on a Android mobile

I dont think there is a password on the App. I just open it. I would like to have a password but dont know how to make it.

@Mic1961 Hi I couldn't change my password My device is RE305. When I go to extended password, only network name can change not password.
