Hello,

 

My Tplink MiFi model M7350  V6.20 keeps on disconnecting on all of my devices and especially in daylight even thought I have updated the firmware  to the latest version avalible on the Tp Link website ( 6.2.3 Build 210414 Rel.1006n) for it  and I even turned off the power saving mode and tried all the channels so what seems to be the problem?

 

By the way, the Network Search is set to manual

Hi, when the issue happens, all wireless client devices will disconnect from its WiFi at the same time, right? will you be able to see the WiFi and reconnect manually?

 

Please go to Advanced->Dial-up->Network Settings page and check if you will Band settings, if so, try to set 4G LTE band manually to see if it solves the problem.

Ok, I have solved the problem by returning the device because apparently it's also NOT compatible with Apple devices!!!! (iPhone/iPad/MacBook ..etc) the security is too weak (not WPA3) and that's another reason why my devices keep disconnecting WOW
