Can anyone tell me why my parental controls are not working. I don't know how long they have not been working for. Have done the firm ware update hoping that will fix it but has not.
Hi, please make sure the router system time is correct, make sure the client device is not using random MAC address or VPN.
If the parental control still doesn't work, please let us know the details of the issue and share with us screenshots of parental control settings.
And please also let us know the hardware and firmware version of your router for double checking if it is the latest firmware.
