Archer C60 AC1350 very low upload speed
I purchased a new Archer C60 wireless router from Amazon India this week. I wanted to replace my existing 8-year old Netgear router. I have ACT fiber internet with 100mbps upload and download speeds. I connected the router and I am seeing that while the download speed is around 90 Mbps , upload speed is around 0.15Mbps! This is both on wired ethernet connetion and wireless networks on this router. If I connect directly to my modem, I easily get around 90-90Mbps upload and download.
I contacted TP_link technical care. They asked me to change some system parameters (RTS-2304) and channel/channel-width for wireless settings but that didn't help. Looking at interest, I tried to change the Duplex system parameters to 100Mbps full duplex instead of auto-negotiation and even that didn't work.
Any way to get around this issue? If not, I will return the router to Amazon soon. Very disappointed with TP-link.
Hi, you mean download speed quire low while upload speed is normal, right? It seems that the subject is the opposite。
Please try a different wired device to test the router speed again, if it is still the same issue, please check and make sure the QoS is disabled on Advanced->QoS page of the router.
