Stuck, only the logo appeared

I bought it in Germany in 2022,it worked great there. Now it is in Serbia. An there worked perfectly for a while, an then when restarting it got stuck on initialization. Only the TP-LINK logo appears. Help me if possible

Salut , j' ai le même problème avec mon modem TP link m7350 v3.20 seul le logo qui apparaît. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide. Svp s'il y a une solution.
