Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade an ER605 V2.0 from the omada controller from 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992 to 2.2.3 Build 20231201 Rel.32918 but I'm getting this error "Failed to upgrade Router to firmware version 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992 online. Please check your network configuration and make sure the device can access the Controller's HTTPS management port."

Controller is an OC200 v1.0 both controller and Router are on the same network, I can access the controller on it's local IP https://192.168.0.250 and there's nothing blocking the router from accessing the controller IP on port 443.

Controller running version 1.24.0 Build 20230328 Rel.52384

Any ideas what could be the issue ?

Hi @ArtVandelay

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

You might wanna take a look at your OC200? Is it up to date?

After the upgrade, try again. If failed, do you have Java installed on the PC that is doing the upgrade? What version do you have? Run java -version and print the version.
